Ernest Hentschel received his B.A. degree (1989) from the College of William and Mary and his J.D. degree (1992) from West Virginia University. Ernest was admitted to practice in 1992 in West Virginia's state and federal courts. He is also admitted to practice in North Carolina.

Ernest has a practice in personal and commercial insurance coverage and insurance defense litigation, with concentration on bad faith and Unfair Trade Practices claims. He also has experience in general civil litigation and children's rights. He is a member of the West Virginia State Bar.

Ellen Archibald received her B.A. degree (1968) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her J.D. degree (1989) from West Virginia University, where she served as a member of Law Review and Co-Editor of the 1989 Coal Issue. She was previously Vice President - Trust, Charleston National Bank, handling trust and estate administration.

Ellen was admitted to practice in 1989 in West Virginia's state and federal courts. She is also admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. She has a motion and appellate practice in civil and insurance defense litigation and personal and commercial insurance coverage, with experience in commercial transactions, legislative drafting, and administrative law.

Ellen is a member of the West Virginia State Bar, the American Bar Association, the ABA Tort and Insurance Practice Sections' Appellate Advocacy Committee, and the Kanawha County Bar Association. She served as an Adjunct Instructor in Appellate Advocacy at the West Virginia University College of Law in 1996-98.

Lori Jackson received her B.S. (1985) from West Virginia Wesleyan College and her J.D. (1995) from West Virginia University. Prior to obtaining her law degree, Lori was a certified public accountant working in industry and public accounting.

Lori served as assistant prosecuting attorney for Harrison and Marion Counties and has maintained a family law practice in Harrison County since 1997. She is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in West Virginia.

Sara Walker Jones received her B.A. degree (1989) from West Virginia University Institute of Technology, her M.A. degree (1995), and her M.P.A. degree (1999) and her J.D. degree (1999) from West Virginia University. Sara clerked for the Honorable Donald H. Cookman, 22nd Circuit of West Virginia (1999-2000) and served as law clerk to the Honorable Irene C. Berger, 13th Circuit of West Virginia (2000-2001).

Sara was admitted to practice in 2000 in West Virginia state courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. She has a practice in civil and insurance defense litigation, and experience in administrative law.
