Kesner, Kesner & Bramble, P.L.L.C., operates in a historical, turn-of-the-century building located in the central business district. The building was constructed in the late 1890's in what has become known as the "Victorian Block" of Charleston.

The firm moved into the building in December of 2000, after the building was restored to maintain its historical significance.

The building was previously utilized as a retail establishment in the city of Charleston with previous tenants such as the J.C. Penney Company and Dondale Furniture.

The building is four stories tall with a full basement. Exterior walls are brick construction on a cut-stone foundation. The timber-frame structure and exposed wooden columns and beams were retained.
