Kesner, Kesner & Bramble was established January 1, 1996 as a partnership by Brent K. Kesner, Tanya M. Kesner, and Mark A. Bramble. The original partners brought with them a combined 25 years experience in insurance defense litigation. With them came Dan Greear and Sabrena Olive, who later became partners in the firm.

On January 1, 2000, the partnership converted to a PLLC with the partners becoming members of the firm. The firm also moved into the historic location of 112 Capitol Street, expanding its work space and upgrading it's technology to provide more efficient and prompt client services.

Kesner, Kesner & Bramble, PLLC provides litigation services in the areas of general insurance defense litigation (premises liability, products liability, auto claims and general negligence), bad faith, Unfair Trade Practices claims and coverage disputes throughout West Virginia, western Kentucky, and southern Ohio.
