Brent K. Kesner, a member of the firm, received his B.A. degree (1982) from George Washington University and his J.D. degree (1985) from West Virginia University, where he graduated as a member of the Order of Barristers.

Brent was admitted to practice in 1985 in West Virginia's state and federal courts. Brent is also admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He has tried cases throughout the state of West Virginia, in both Circuit and Federal Courts, and in the state of Ohio. He has appeared on numerous occasions before the West Virginia Supreme Court and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Brent is a member of the West Virginia State Bar and has a practice in civil and insurance defense litigation, with concentration on bad faith and Unfair Trade Practices claims and coverage issues. He also handles claims involving fraud and suspected arson.

Mark A. Bramble, a member of the firm, received his BA degree magna cum laude (1986) from Loyola Marymount University and his JD degree (1989) from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary. At Loyola Marymount University, Mark received the Dr. Turhollow History Award and was a member of Alpha Sigma Nu (Jesuit Honor Society), Phi Alpha Theta (History Honor Society) and Pi Gamma Mu (Social Science Honor Society).

Mark was admitted to practice in 1989 in West Virginia's State Courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. Mark is also admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky (1996), the State of Ohio (1997), the Northern District of West Virginia (1998), the Eastern District of Kentucky (1999), the Southern District of Ohio (2001), the United State court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit (1997), and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals (2002)

Mark is a member of the West Virginia Bar, the Ohio State Bar, and the Commonwealth of Kentucky State Bar. He has a practice in the areas of insurance defense, product liability, premises liability, wrongful death claims and appellate practice.

Daniel Greear, a member of the firm, received his B.S. degree (1989) from Liberty University. He received his J.D. degree (1992) from West Virginia University, where he was a member of Law Review, Assistant Manuscript Editor for the 1991-92 Law Review, and graduated as a member of the Order of the Coif. Dan served as a Member of the West Virginia House of Delegates in 1995-96.
