Brent K. Kesner, a member of the firm, received his B.A. degree (1982) from George Washington University and his J.D. degree (1985) from West Virginia University, where he graduated as a member of the Order of Barristers. Brent was admitted to practice in 1985 in West Virginia's state and federal courts. Brent is also admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He has tried cases throughout the state of West Virginia, in both Circuit and Federal Courts, and in the state of Ohio. He has appeared on numerous occasions before the West Virginia Supreme Court and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
